ZenPay, Credit Card, Bank Transfer

To top up your CaseHug balance using ZenPay, Credit Card or Bank Transfer, head to the Add Funds tab by clicking on the green plus icon next to your avatar. Select ZenPay, Credit Card, Bank Transfer from the options on the left, then choose your amount. To confirm, click Checkout — you will be redirected ZenPay, our payment intermediary. There, you can select the payment method you prefer and, in the final step, authorize the payment.

The ZenPay options available to you may vary depending on your location. However, regardless of the region, there will be several payment methods to choose from. We strongly advise using a payment method that you trust the most or have used previously.
