How CaseHug Levels work
Levels are a way for CaseHug to reward players for their commitment to the game! Here's how it works:
Every player account has a level.
Just like in a game, you can level up by gathering XP. You get XP points for simply using CaseHug, so performing actions like opening cases, joining Case Battles, or using the Upgrader.
Leveling up gives you free rewards. The higher your level, the more valuable your rewards!
When you're logged into your CaseHug account, your level will be displayed on your avatar. When you hover over your avatar, you'll see your current XP and progress towards reaching the next level.
A more detailed view is available in the My Account tab, which can reach by clicking on your avatar and selecting the first option from the dropdown menu.
Go to the My Account tab and click the details button, located under your XP progression bar. This will show you your Leveling Details, along with unlocked rewards. Collect them by clicking each reward or, if you have multiple rewards available, by clikcing "Collect All" in the top right. Collected rewards will be added to your inventory immediately. If the reward is in the form of bonus account balance, your funds will update right away, too.
