Upgrader

How it works?

Have a lot of unwanted skins? You can upgrade them for a better skin of a higher value. Use the panel on the left to choose your unwanted skins, then decide on your multiplier.

You can then choose a skin from the right-hand panel and roll. Note that the higher the upgrade value, the lower your chance of winning will be. If you win, you will receive your chosen skin. If you lose, the skins will be lost.

How many items can I upgrade at once?

The current limit for the upgrader is 15 items.

Can I upgrade any skin?

Yes! You can upgrade any skin that you received by opening CaseHug cases.

Is there a minimum or maximum value of skins I can upgrade?

There is no limit! Any skin received by opening CaseHug cases can be upgraded.

Is there a way to increase the odds of winning in the Upgrader?

Yes, there is! You can spend your account balance to increase the chances of a successful upgrade. The balance you add can be worth up to 10% of the skins you’re trying to upgrade. So, for example, if you want to upgrade a skin worth $50, you'll be able to add $5 to the upgrade, and increase your odds relatively to that value.

I can't find the Upgrader anywhere!

In some regions, the Upgrader might not be available due to local restrictions or other considerations beyond our control.
