Cashback Bonus
The Cashback Bonus on CaseHug is a reward you unlock just by using the platform. Whenever you spend your balance, a portion of your spending goes towards unlocking a better reward.
When you spend funds from your CaseHug balance by opening cases, upgrading skins, or joining Case Battles, the equivalent of 1% of your spending is applied to your Cashback Amount.
Cashback Bonus = Your Spending x 1%
As you use CaseHug and continue to spend your balance, your Cashback Amount will continue to increase, granting you access to better rewards.
Your reward will be equivalent in value to the Cashback Amount you have collected. For example, if you have $15 saved in Cashback Amount, you’ll be able to claim a reward that’s worth approximately $15. The minimum Cashback Amount required for claiming a reward is $2, and there is no maximum limit.
To claim your Cashback Bonus reward, click the “Check Reward” button located in the main menu (top of the page), next to your Balance.
In the window that appears, you will see your current Cashback Amount and the suggested skin that you can claim as a reward. To see other skins available to you, click the green circle with arrows in the top right.
When you’re ready to claim your reward, click “Claim Bonus”. The skin will appear in your CaseHug inventory instantly, and from there, you can withdraw it to your Steam inventory if you wish.
Note that once you’ve claimed your reward, your Cashback Amount will reset. You’re essentially spending your Cashback on your chosen reward.
As mentioned above, the higher your Cashback Amount, the better the reward. So although you can claim your reward at just $2, it’s worth saving a little more and spending your Cashback Amount on a better reward.
