Gift Cards
Gift Cards can be used to top up your account balance. We'll show you how to buy a Gift Card first, and then how to use one.
Log into your CaseHug account and click on the Add Funds button — the green plus icon located next to your avatar. A menu will appear. Select the Gift Card option from the panel on the left, and then choose your amount.
When you click the green Pay button, you'll be taken to Kinguin.net to complete your transaction.
Currently, CaseHug Gift cards can only be purchased via the Kinguin.net store.
Here's what you'll see on Kinguin.net:
To proceed, you'll need to either sign in to your Kinguin.net account or continue as a guest. You can also create a new Kinguin account if you wish. Next, select your preferred method of payment for the Gift Card and follow the instructions displayed on the screen to complete the transaction. You may need to wait a few minutes for the payment to be fully processed, then collect your Gift Card. If you purchased it as a guest, the link to your Gift Card code will be delivered to the email address you provided on Kinguin.net.
Please note that if you check out as a guest, the choice of payment methods will be limited (for instance, PayPal and PaySafeCard may not be available). All payment options will only be visible if you are signed in to a valid Kinguin.net account.
Once you have successfully claimed the Gift Card code, you can use it to add funds to your CaseHug account. Go back to the Add Funds tab and select Gift Cards again. Below the green Pay button, there's a panel where you can enter your code (marked in red):
Click the Apply button, and funds will be added to your CaseHug account balance shortly.
How to buy a CaseHug Gift card
