How to Find Your Steam Trade URL
In order to withdraw skins from CaseHug to your Steam Inventory, you'll need to set up your Steam Trade URL on our platform. Here's how to do that:
1. Log into the Steam account that you use on CaseHug.
2. Go to the "Who can send me Trade Offers?" page on Steam.
This page is also accessible from the My Account tab on Steam.
3. You will see the current trading settings of your Steam account. Your Steam Trade URL is located at the bottom of the page. Select your URL and copy it.
4. Go back to CaseHug and in the My Account tab, find the Trade URL box on the left side. Paste in your Steam Trade URL and click Save.
Setting up your Steam Trade URL also allows you to use SkinPay as a method to top up your CaseHug account.
Please double-check your Steam settings to ensure that your Inventory's visibility is set to Public. If your Inventory is Private, trading will not be possible. If you're having any trouble with connecting your Steam account, visit this page for common problems and solutions.
